Property Management Services

Our management services include both full management and tenant placement. Both services include advertising, showings, application screening and a thorough move-in inspection. If you want to then manage your own home/unit, our tenant placement services will suit you. If you do not live locally or don’t want to take the 3am emergency maintenance calls, you will want to consider our full management services. After the move-in inspection has been completed and the tenants have taken possession of the property, we will continue to look after your home, process maintenance requests and collect rent. We offer our tenants 24/7 emergency maintenance response and can have someone assessing the issue quickly. As well, with our full management services, we will organize and execute a lease renewal or, if the tenant chooses to move-out at the end of their lease, we will conduct a thorough move-out including pictures and prepare a security claim letter.

Our services, whether full management or tenant placement are all encompassing. We will not charge you extra for inspections, negotiations or large work orders. We do not add a surcharge to our work orders processed so you will only pay what the vendor charges. Our fees are shown upfront so you don’t have any surprises.

How it Works:
In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email.

Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
